Mission
To promote the rights of the girl child, and gender equality through education and capacity building activities to achieve the Millennium Development Goals (MDGs) as they affect youths in Africa.
Philosophy
Our philosophy is to develop a culture that delivers professional excellence, independence and social empowerment to Nigerian youths but most especially the girl child and also using Arts as medium of disseminating and educating young people on their rights, health and hygiene, education and art therapy for psychological balance (performing, visual, sonic arts-media)
We believe in catching them young, inculcating respect, initiative, progressiveness and professionalism. We are a career opportunity generating foundation.
Vision
Essentially, our vision is to create a culture of professionalism, excellence, independence and social empowerment to over 40million youths especially the girl child using all forms of Arts as a basic communication strategy.
