No form of Criminal Activity (e.g. stealing, violence and other unruly attributes) would be tolerated at the event as other law enforcement agencies would be present at the entire conference and festival nights.

How to Make Payment
Make payments for your conference registration to any Zenith Bank plc branch in and outside Nigeria:

- Please, kindly send us a clear passport photograph of yourself by e-mail or post to Girl Child Art Foundation, P.O. Box 1983 Enugu .
The registration fees are such that people at all levels within organizations are able to attend. All application forms should be completed online within the stated deadlines. The registration fees include conference materials, T-shirts, tags, ID cards. Dinner would be provided only on the 29th evening.
Tags and ID would be sent to all registered participant prior to the conference.
Registered participants would also be expected to carry out projects under our 2007 conference themes through the GCI Chapter in their school before the conference in December.
We recommend early bird registration to enable you participate in your schools’ activities that would be showcased in December. This also provides you with opportunities to win award during the event.

Guidelines for Submission of Abstracts
(For submission of abstracts, Arts works and Theatre/ Music performances for consideration; if you intend to make a presentation under any of the themes, sub-themes and topics of the Conference)
The format for submission should be as follows:
- Tittles of Presentation
- Name and Address of Authors (s)
- Name and Address of Author presenting and to whom correspondence should be addressed.
Presentations should include:
- Objective
- Methodology
- Results
- Conclusion
Submissions should be made with the subject: ‘Abstract Submission or Art submission etc.’
- Indicate format of presentation, preferably power point
- Abstracts, Art images (on jpeg) and other presentations should be sent by e-mail to Vivian on gcampusinitiative@yahoo.com
- Deadline for submissions is 30th August, 2007
