Child Trafficking

Child trafficking includes both boys and girls and it is the way by which children are taken away from their parents of which some parents do not know what his or her child is going to do there. They will be deceived by telling them that his or her child is going to school or that they are going to engage in some business, rather they are going out to practice some illegal works like prostitution, robbery, carrying hard drugs and child abuse. Some children are been brought out for slavery.

In Nigeria today, child trafficking is one of the social evil that is been practiced and in the constitution it is prohibited and any body caught doing this will be jailed.

The disadvantages of these illegal works:

Prostitution

it is been practiced especially by girl child and as a girl child prostitution is not a good advice to be given to a girl. There are so many disadvantages like drawing her future back, losing of her virginity and been infected by diseases like STD [sexual transmitted diseases], HIV\AIDS etc. therefore prostitution is never a good way of bringing up a girl child.

Robbery

It is mainly the boy child that is engaged in this. It is a deadly game and it is not advisable. Anybody that advises you to do this wants you to go out and die a shameful death. For you as a boy child you have to be industrious in other to earn your living as a man.

Carrying hard drugs

One example of a hard drug is cocaine and it is the most dangerous and illegal act. It is written in the constitution that anybody caught doing this will also be jailed. Therefore I will like to advice anybody engaged in this illegal act to quit from it because it corrupts the society.

Child abuse

When an underage child both boys and girls are sold, to go and work in some places that they are not supposed to do and the work are too difficult for them like working In the mortuary and they may contact diseases from there. It is good as a child to be educated and know your right as a Nigerian citizen.
